Mama’s Fire began with a love for the bold, layered flavours of Sichuan — chilli, peppercorn, aromatics, crunch and deep savoury flavour.

What started with our signature chilli crisp is growing into something bigger: a modern Sichuan pantry, handcrafted in small batches in the UK and made for the way we eat today.

From chilli crisps to aromatic finishing oils, everything we make starts with the same idea: flavour first, heat second.
