Sweet Chilli Crisp

The perfect balance of sweet and heat. We all know the magic of sweet and spicy, but we wanted to do it the Mama's Fire way. Instead of using cheap, artificial syrups, we sweeten this chilli crisp with pure maple syrup.

It gives you a rich, earthy sweetness that perfectly balances the fiery kick of our authentic Sichuan chilli oil. With the added crunch of roasted garlic and sesame, it’s our deeply savoury, plant-based answer to 'hot honey'. Handcrafted slowly right here in the UK, it’s incredibly versatile and completely addictive.

What goes into our jars:
