The signature recipe that started it all. This is the original Mama's Fire Chilli Crisp, made exactly the way I remember it from my childhood in Sichuan. It's bold, fragrant, and packed with a deeply satisfying crunch that instantly brings any dish to life.
Instead of overwhelming, burn-your-tongue heat, we focus on layered flavours. We use authentic Sichuan peppercorns for that signature slight tingle, balanced with toasted sesame and rich mushroom powder. Handcrafted slowly in small batches right here in the UK, it's pure, natural comfort in a jar.

Keeping it fresh: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please keep refrigerated and give it a good mix before every use. Best enjoyed within 12 weeks of opening.
