For the ultimate garlic lovers. If there’s one thing better than our signature chilli crisp, it’s a version loaded with golden, crispy garlic flakes.
If you're the kind of person who always doubles the garlic in a recipe, this one is for you. We slowly roast real garlic pieces until they reach that perfect, deeply savoury crunch, then fold them into our signature fruity Sichuan chilli oil.
To give it even more depth, we use a base of traditional fermented broad bean paste. It creates a rich and complex umami bomb. Handcrafted slowly right here in the UK, it’s ridiculously crunchy and completely addictive.
