This isn't just another sweet chilli sauce. We take earthy, meaty shiitake mushrooms and slow-cook them with fresh ginger, garlic, and spring onions. Then, we balance that intense, deeply savoury flavour with the natural, woody sweetness of pure maple syrup and a splash of cider vinegar. It has a gentle kick of heat, but the real star here is the incredibly rich, plant-based umami. Handcrafted right here in the UK, it’s basically a warm hug in a jar that makes everything taste effortlessly gourmet.
What goes into our jars:
A Savoury Umami Bomb: Packed with real shiitake mushrooms for a satisfying, meaty texture (that happens to be 100% vegan!).
Thoughtfully Sweetened: We use pure maple syrup instead of cheap refined syrups to give it a grown-up, natural sweetness.

How we eat it at home: (Warning: You might start eating it straight from the jar!)
Spoon over: Warm tofu, steamed greens, or just a simple bowl of plain jasmine rice—it literally transforms plain rice into a feast.
Stir into: Brothy noodle soups, weeknight stir-fries, or use it to glaze roasted aubergine (eggplant).
Dip: Your favourite dumplings, gyoza, spring rolls, or even crispy roast potatoes.
The Details:
Keeping it fresh (Important!): Because we use real mushrooms and zero artificial preservatives, please keep refrigerated at all times and give it a good stir before every use. Best enjoyed within 3 weeks of opening.
